Agnes d'Elbeuf (1490 - 1572) was an assassin of the British Brotherhood and the 2nd child of Amara A L'Espée. She is the wife of August Cortese. She is younger sister of Edith d'Elbeuf and the older sister of Alexander d'Elbeuf and grandmother of Emily Cortese. She is also the ancestor of Desmond Miles, through the paternal line, and the descendant of Phoenix Charpentier.
