Antoinette Elise Dorian (1847-1928) was a Master Assassin of the French Brotherhood between (1852-1868) and the British Brotherhood when she join London during the Victorian era, and she later became a member of Queen Victoria's Order of the Sacred Garter, She is the daughter of Master Assassins, Adélaïde Dorian and Richard Pierce, the granddaughter of Arno Dorian and Élise de la Serre, the niece of James and Joseph Dorian and the cousin of Caroline Dorian and the adopted cousin, Gideon Borgia and the wife of Jacob Frye and the mother of Ethan Arno Frye and the grandmother of Lydia Frye. She is the descendant of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad and Ezio Auditore da Firenze. She is also the ancestor of Amelia Hale, Callum Lynch, and Desmond Miles.

Antoinette was born on December 29, 1847 and the only child of Adélaïde Dorian and Richard Pierce in Paris, French Empire. An curious child at such a young age, Antoinette found out about her assassin heritage at the age of six. She was introduce to the assassin order at the age of 7 and started training in the year of 1854.
In 1858, her father took a mission far from home and left her and mother along for 4 months and only to find out that her father was killed by the Templar, Crawford Starrick who will later become Grand Master of London. In rage, her mother sought out Starrick to kill him but failed.
In the year, 1860, she became Master Assassin in the French Brotherhood only at the age of 13, she is the youngest Master Assassin ever since her ancestor Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad. Since she is connect to Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad and Ezio Auditore da Firenze, she can also spirit talk to them if she is in need of help or need guidance.
