Assassin's Creed: Rise is an upcoming video game set within the Assassin's Creed series and a direct sequel to Assassin's Creed: Syndicate.
The book covers the role of an Initiate as they explore the story of the assassin Quintus Metus Falco to uncover a fabled Piece of Eden. Living during the height of the Roman Empire's reign in 58 AD, Quintus goes on a quest of vengeance and self-discovery to liberate Italia from Templar domination and avenge his murdered father, all the while keeping the suspected Piece of Eden out of Templar hands.
Assassin's Creed: Rise is set primarily in 1st Century Europe, during the dominance of the Roman Empire.
