Euphemia

Euphemia Filippos, The Counselor

Kleitos Filippos (1704 – 1734) was a Greek Templar operating on the island of Cyprus during the reign of the Murderess, Hacer Stavros. She was the younger sister of Pachis and Kleitos Filippos.

Born and raised by a noble Templar-family, Euphemia was the sixth and youngest child. She spent her years on reading and learning mathematics. So, in order to make her a good Templar in her later years, she were given the best tutors.

At the age of 27, Euphemia was recruited in the Templar fold. During the early times of her career, she were tasked to serve as the Grand Master's political and economic advisor. So she did, and she obtained the cryptonym The Counselor. Later, however, she was transferred to Cyprus by the Greek Rite. Here she served under the Greek-Turkish Templar leader Hacer Stavros. Short time after arriving in Kyrenia, Euphemia were sent to Dipkarpaz in order to work with her siblings.

Stationed in Dipkarpaz, Euphemia's oldest brother ensured the Cypriote Templars' income by organizing horse-races. Kleitos, her youngest brother, was the one who took part in the staged races – making sure the Templar Order would flourish. If someone managed to win however, Euphemia would invite the winners home to her. When they was relaxed, she would take them to her sleeping chambers. Euphemia told them to get undressed, then left the room. A minute later, Pachis and Kleitos would enter, armed with knives, ready to kill whomever had won.

After the fall of Stavros in 1734, the Greek Assassins Maria Nomiki and Sofia Sanna established an Assassin guild in the city of Kyrenia. Soon afterwards, the Greek Assassin Kyriaki Megalos were sent to kill Pachis Filippos. When Euphemia and Kleitos learned of Pachis' death, they tried to keep the schemes running – but were soon killed by Megalos and her growing group of allies.
