Frederick "Fred" Workhouse was an American blacksmith who traveled to France during the revolution in an attempt to make extra money selling weapons in France's time of chaos. During his time in France, Frederick was brought to the attention of the Saint Vierge group and later became a prominent member of the organization and became its most temperamental member.
