A Human Genome Sage (or a HGS) is a Sage of a person who has successfully uploaded their consciousness into the human genome by way of the Isu supercomputer Yggdrasil to be eventually reborn in another human’s body at a later point in time. It has only been done twice in history by the famed Assassins Maria Williams and Alana Rose Dorian. Isabelle Miranda Allard was born with the memories and impulses of Maria Williams, and Caroline Kaiser was born with the memories and impulses of Alana Rose Dorian. The theory was first proposed by Master Templar Martina Laurent in the late 1960's.

In 1870, Master Assassins Maria Williams and Alana Rose Dorian on the orders of then-Mentor Juliette Marie Dorian visited the Yggdrasil site at Hordafylke in Norway, to see if the ancient machine existed. To their delight, they found out that it did indeed exist. Alana would speak the ancient Isu password, allowing them to enter. Making their way over to the computer, the two women unknowingly activated the computer and hooked Maria up to the machine, piercing her flesh at her neck. The needle extracted a sample of Maria’s blood, and within it made Maria’s genes dormant in the reborn human, only becoming dominant by a sort of trigger, which would make the reborn human develop physical characteristics based on the respective human they are a reincarnation of along with their memories and consciousness.
When Alana returned in 1880, the same thing happened to her as well, although her genes were automatically set to dominant due to the high amount of Isu DNA in Alana’s blood.
The consciousnesses of reincarnated humans never took over their hosts.

Isabelle Miranda Allard was born on May 9th, 1920, to Robert Allard, a retired combat veteran of World War I, and Alexandra Dorian, who Master Assassin and a former military nurse in London during World War I. Being a Sage of Maria Williams, Isabelle Allard, despite the nice things she said about Alana, never really liked Alana and acted rather passive whenever she was brought up in conversation, even biting her fingers when Alana held her when she was a baby. She would also act shy and reserved but at times she would burst out in a fits of anger throughout her early adulthood. When she grew up to be an adult, people noticed that Isabelle bore a resemblance of Maria Williams in terms of physical and facial appearance, which led to people within the Assassin Brotherhood saying that she was the Maria Williams of their Generation, which drew the ire and criticism of the House of Williams, even to this day.
Isabelle was also known to have an odd fascination when it came to the Gauntlet of Eden, even going as far as traveling to the Canadian province of Saskatchewan to track it down, putting her body through copious amounts of punishment just to see if it existed.
Caroline Kaiser[]
On August 12th, 1957, Rear Adm. Caroline Ottiline Kaiser was born into the Williams noble house under Caelan Williams’ direct line. She is the only child of Rear Adm. Bradley Jacoby Kaiser to his first wife, Gisela Schäfer.
In her youth, Caroline was notable for being a hot-headed, rambunctious teen. Her father stated that Caroline had the tendency to wander about as it helped her think clearly. After graduating university, she remained undecided with her future so she traveled around; repeatedly visiting certain landmarks in Germany, Britain, and France respectively.
Though calmer and a deep thinker in her older years, Caroline has occasional tendencies where she’d let her temper get the best of her; she once initiated a bar fight during her early years in the Navy with a fellow aviator for off-handedly commenting that Caroline might’ve used nepotism to rise up the ranks.

Isabelle Allard[]
Shortly after she was born, Alexandra noticed that Isabelle had what looked like a puncture wound on the back of her neck, which Alexandra dismissed as a wart. When she was five, she began having dreams of living as an aristocrat in 1800s England, which she found rather odd. As she grew up, Isabelle would have visions of a black-haired bespectacled woman at certain points of her life. When she was homeless at the age of 19, she contemplated suicide over the loss of her mother and her faltering relationship with her grandmother, but didn’t due to a vision from the black-haired bespectacled woman telling her not to the day before she was going to. At 27, Isabelle saw the bespectacled woman and Alana Rose Dorian with a Piece of Eden in Scotland. At the age of 33, Isabelle witnessed the death of the bespectacled woman at the front of an acreage after being shot, which led to Isabelle having a constant fear about her getting shot. This nightmare occurred just before her discharge from the military. Upon her arrival back in France, she went through the Parisian Assassin Archives in an attempt to find out who she was seeing in these visions. After a short search, she found the woman she had seen in her vision.
It was Maria Williams.
Later on that same evening, Isabelle had another vision. The brightly lit room she was in suddenly went dark, and Maria Williams appeared before her, clad in her Assassin robes. Maria spoke.
“A part of me is inside of you. It is why you survived at birth. Change the world for the better, my Sage, unlike I.” Maria vanished. Isabelle stood in shock. She was a reincarnation of the legendary Assassin Maria Williams. Shortly after this vision, Isabelle documented her visions and experiences in a journal that is under strict surveillance to this day.
Caroline Kaiser[]

At the age of six, Caroline would start to have dreams, all in first person perspective, that she said felt vaguely familiar; ranging from doing treasure hunts and traveling across sand dunes, to roughhousing in an underground ring. According to her, there were several occasions when the dreams would terrify her with one dream being her knee getting stabbed with a longsword.
One dream started with her looking in the mirror. Instead of seeing her own reflection however, Caroline found herself looking at a beautiful woman braiding with long braided hair and donning what appeared to her as an Assassin uniform.
But it wasn’t until Caroline dreamt of an argument between said woman with a bespectacled woman whom Caroline would later identify as their ancestor, Maria Williams, after seeing the “The Three Feathers” portrait in the Casa La Cordelia villa in Horsham. After witnessing the dream, Caroline would consult her parents about it where she was later referred to her grandaunt Elizabeth.

People began to notice Isabelle bearing a remarkable resemblance to Maria Williams in the 1940's, citing Isabelle's shoulder length black hair as their main giveaway, along with her toned body shape and facial structure being similar to that of the renowned Master Assassin. Many people brushed this off as mere coincidence, but when Isabelle began to wear glasses in the late 1950s, people among the Assassins began speculating whether or not she was a possible reincarnation of Maria or not.
Isabelle was 5'4, which was the same height as Maria Williams.
In modern times, some assassins from varying rites had commented that Isabelle Allard looked strikingly like Maria, going as far as saying that she was “The Maria Williams of her generation.” Elizabeth’s daughters had reacted and called them out, Marianne taking offense that Allard was nowhere near Maria’s league and that they should be ashamed to even make such a comparison, while Prudence would agree that they have similar facial structures but both women vastly differ in personality and achievements.
Many people speculate that Isabelle inherited her bisexuality from being a reincarnation of Maria Williams, which has led to a debate among Assassins and the Dorian and Williams Families.
Caroline Kaiser[]

At the time of her birth, Caroline had a faint narrow birthmark on the middle of her chest, scaling the entirety of the sternal head. Like Alana Dorian, Caroline stood roughly 5’6ft tall and also has a scar on the bridge of her nose from the bar fight in her earlier years.
Caroline also has dark auburn brown hair similar to Alana’s, though her grandaunt, Elizabeth Baudin, brushed it off as mere coincidence.
Even though she’s currently 66 years old, Caroline looks youthful for her age which is similar to Alana’s situation.
