Ragnar Lothbrok was a Viking ruler in Scandinivia. He had 5 sons: Ubbe, Bjorn, Halfdan, Ivar, and Sigurd.
Biography[]
Not much is known about Ragnar. It is said in sagas that he was a raider and a famous viking king. He died to King Ælle of Northumbria in 865, after being thrown in a snake pit. His sons then came to conquer England, and thus the Great Heathen Army was formed. Ragnar was married to Aslaug.
