William "Will" Cormac born Jensen was the only son of Shay Cormac and Hope Jensen, he was born in New York. In 1783 when almost the entire Irish branch of the brotherhood was eliminated by the Templars, including his mentor, he found himself in command of what remained of the Irish assassins.

William after his mother death was brought to Ireland by order of Achilles, to grow up away from the conflict that was taking place in the colonies. There he will be placed in the care of Irish mentor Michael O'Reilly.
