Sir William Henry Collins (born 4 June 1969) is a Major-general in the British Army, and a high ranking member of the Templar Order.

Collins was born in London on June 4, 1969, as the 2rd son of David Alan Collins, a Colonel general in the British Army. He entered the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) at Sandhurst, Berkshire in January 1982, at the age of 15, and graduated on April 20, 1986. After year, he joined his father's regiment as an ensign. He became a captain in Queen's Regiment in 1990. He participated in several battles during the Gulf War, and was eventually inducted into the Templar Order. After Gulf War, he was promoted to the rank of Major. He has been served as a commander of British Army in the war in Kosovo. He was promoted to Colonel in 2001. The War on Terror was started by the Templars Order, he was responsible for searching the ancient artifacts for his Order.
